About this role

Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System is seeking a CT Technologist for a full-time position on the night shift. This is a regular, non-exempt role where you will perform a variety of routine to complex radiographic examinations and CT imaging studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and complex CT and radiographic examinations
  • Receive and assess patients, explain procedures, and position patients appropriately
  • Select and calculate correct technical factors including exposure time, distance, kVp, and mAs
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and assess clinical needs throughout procedures
  • Control image quality through precise patient positioning, compression techniques, and image production
  • Perform quality control procedures for assigned imaging modalities
  • Execute digital radiology duties including loading readers and transferring images to PACS workstations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot cassette readers, PACS systems, and radiology IT equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of patient workload, equipment performance, and radiation surveys

Requirements:

  • ARRT certification as a registered technologist
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1–2 years of CT training and hands-on experience
  • Qualification in at least one imaging modality beyond general radiology
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Fluent English language skills for professional communication
  • Current ARRT accreditation with 24 continuing education units per biennium

Shift & Compensation:

This position offers three 12-hour night shifts per week at $2,890.80 weekly pay. The assignment is 91 days, beginning May 28, 2026.

Post-Offer Requirements:

Background check, drug screening, health assessment, immunizations, and TB testing are required prior to start.
