Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Potosi, MO

You'll work as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Tide Health Group – Georgian Gardens, a long-term care facility in Potosi, Missouri. This is a 91-day temporary assignment beginning June 15, 2026, with a Monday-through-Friday day schedule (5x8 hours). You'll earn $1,785.60 weekly with no on-call responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under Physical Therapist supervision
• Administer manual techniques, ambulation training, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device instruction
• Assess patient progress and communicate findings with your supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document all regulatory and clinical information in the electronic documentation system and accurately record treatment minutes
• Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation team meetings
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Support and supervise students under Physical Therapist guidance
• Apply evidence-based practice principles to clinical decision-making
• Adhere to APTA and Missouri state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethical standards

Requirements: You must hold a current Missouri PTA license and have a minimum of 1 year of PTA experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings. No weekend work is required unless covering for a holiday that falls during the week.
