Med Surg RN Job in Flowood, MS

You will work as a Registered Nurse on the Medical Surgical unit at Merit Health River Oaks in Flowood, Mississippi. This is an 8-week travel contract beginning August 3, 2026.

Shift Details

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Night shift hours: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Alternating weekend schedule required

Patient Care

• Patient ratio of 6:1
• You will manage post-operative and acute medical patients on the Med Surg unit

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (valid in Mississippi)
• BLS certification
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Permanent address must be located 50 or more miles from the facility

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $1,971
