Endoscopy RN Job in Oklahoma City, OK

You will work as a registered nurse in the endoscopy department at OU Health in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a 10-hour shift role lasting 89 days, starting October 19, 2026. You will earn $1,864 weekly.

Your responsibilities include providing nursing care to patients with a range of health conditions, from straightforward to complex cases. You will be assigned a group of patients for whom you maintain responsibility throughout their time in the department. Key duties include:

• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments
• Monitor and communicate all changes in physician orders for your assigned patients
• Assist physicians during patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Obtain and monitor physiological data, intervening when necessary to maintain patient safety
• Administer medications as prescribed by the care team
• Initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products
• Interact with patients and families to explain and share care plans during hospitalization and at discharge
• Inform patients and families of hospital procedures and what to expect
• Make referrals to appropriate personnel based on identified patient care needs
• Delegate tasks to support staff as needed to ensure coordinated care

You will need a minimum of one year of endoscopy experience. Advanced or interventional endoscopy experience is preferred. You must hold a valid RN license and be able to work the scheduled 10-hour shifts.
