ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment in Carbondale, IL, starting April 20, 2026. You will earn $2,044 weekly.

Position Overview

You will provide occupational therapy rehabilitation services across multiple hospital locations, including Memorial Hospital of Carbondale (MHC), Herrin, and St. Joseph's. This role allows you to work with diverse patient populations requiring acute rehabilitation interventions in different facility environments.

Schedule & Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Flexible shift timing available as needed
• Float between three locations: Herrin, MHC, and St. Joseph's
• 91-day duration

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification for acute rehabilitation services
• Ability to adapt to different facility environments and patient populations
• Commitment to maintaining current certifications and complying with facility-specific requirements

What You'll Do

You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver occupational therapy services focused on functional recovery and independence. Your work will span acute rehabilitation settings across multiple hospital campuses, requiring flexibility and strong clinical judgment.
