ICU RN Job in Westminster, CA

Kindred Hospital Westminster is seeking an RN for our Adult ICU. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week for a 91-day assignment beginning July 27, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,365.20.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care in a critical care environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient conditions and developing individualized care plans
• Treating wounds and providing advanced life support
• Assisting physicians with medical procedures
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Ensuring proper functioning of ventilators, monitors, and other medical equipment, including ventilator and IABP adjustments
• Administering intravenous fluids and medications
• Performing suctioning and other clinical interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the critical care team
• Responding to life-saving situations using established nursing standards and protocols
• Serving as a patient advocate
• Providing education and support to patient families
• Caring for pre- and post-operative patients

Required Qualifications:

• Current California RN license
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
