NICU RN Job in Santa Rosa, CA

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Sutter Health Santa Rosa Regional Hospital. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 27, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Voluntary call required
• Weekly pay: $2,699.83

Your Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing interventions
• Manage patient and family education and coordinate transitions of care in an acute setting
• Deliver holistic, individualized care incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
• Develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive plans of care for assigned patients
• Float as needed to support unit operations

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of Level III or Level IV NICU experience
• Basic Life Support (AHA) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Charge nurse experience
• High-risk delivery experience
