Occupational Therapist Job in Hugo, CO

Lincoln Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel position in Hugo, CO. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple care settings while maintaining a structured Monday through Friday day shift schedule.

Position Overview

You will provide occupational therapy services in a mixed modality environment with the following approximate work distribution:

• 80% outpatient
• 15% acute care
• 5% home health

The position has a high likelihood of focusing primarily on outpatient work. You will be expected to travel to area facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits in the surrounding rural region.

Schedule and Duration

Preferred schedule: 5x8 day shifts, Monday through Friday. A 4x10 schedule may be considered based on operational needs. This is a 96-week travel assignment beginning September 28, 2026, with weekly compensation of $2,291.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Outpatient experience is required
• Strong general clinical experience including post-operative care, sports injury, and geriatrics
• Both outpatient and inpatient experience preferred
