Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Farmington, CT

UConn John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington, CT is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning January 8, 2027. This is a Monday–Friday day shift role working 32 hours per week at $2,960 weekly pay.

Schedule and Responsibilities

• Work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• Weekend rotation required on Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• On-call responsibilities as needed
• Mandatory overtime participation as part of unit rotation pool
• Subject to floating or reassignment to different departments, units, or facilities within 30 miles of the original assignment based on clinical competence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine specialty
• Nuclear Medicine Tech Certification (ARRT or NMTCB)
• BLS certification
• Epic experience
• Ability to maintain clinical competence for potential floating assignments

Patient Care

You will work with both inpatient and outpatient populations, providing nuclear medicine imaging and diagnostic support in a hospital-based setting.
