Opportunity:

CNA - CNA Skilled Nursing

Job Details:

• Must hold a valid California CNA license
• Work in conjunction with nursing staff, residents, families, and other facility departments to provide individualized resident care
• Shifts include some weekends and holidays
• May be required to float to other units as necessary
• Receive and give report on resident conditions and ensure understanding of care to be provided
• Make rounds on each resident and assess new residents or any resident who is ill, has fallen, or sustained an injury
• Document assessments per facility policy
• Notify nurses of any changes in residents' conditions or current needs
• Assist with direct patient care and ensure call lights are answered promptly
• Promote positive working relationships with other departments, co-workers, residents, families, and physicians
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player required
