Telemetry RN Job in Cleveland, OH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus - Nursing in Cleveland, OH. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 15, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Telemetry
• Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts with rotating day/night rotations (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Shifts may be variable to meet hospital operational needs
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Weekly pay: $2,556

Requirements

• Current RN degree
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments
• Permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at start
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in specialty
• Clean background check with no open cases accepted
• No license hits accepted

Pre-Start Requirements

• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad system
• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprints at facility prior to start date
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Two attempts maximum to pass assessments; contract will be canceled if assessments are not passed
• Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked
