Interventional Radiology Technologist Job in Utica, NY

MVHS Inc. is seeking an Interventional Radiologic Technician to join our Interventional Radiology department in Utica, NY. This is an 89-day travel assignment starting November 23, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 4x10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Weekly pay: $3,422
• On-call required from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend call rotation every fourth weekend, with potential for additional shifts based on staffing needs

Role Overview

You will support interventional radiology procedures for adult patients (18 and older). Your responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, managing patient flow, and assisting the clinical team during cases. You may float to support C-Arm procedures in the OR and endoscopy as needed.

Clinical Environment

• Staff ratio of 3 to 4 personnel per case, including Radiologic Technicians and RNs
• Patient population: adults 18 and older
• Common medications: Heparin-infused saline
• Technology platforms: EPIC, PACS, Siemens Artis-Q machines, and PURE Software

Qualifications Required

• Graduation from an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Minimum 1 year of experience in radiologic technology (2 years preferred)
• Valid New York State radiologic technology license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ARRT certification
