OR Registered Nurse Job in Batesville, AR

White River Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room on a temporary basis. This is a day shift position working 4x10 hours, starting July 13, 2026, for a 91-day assignment.

Role Overview

You will deliver patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with surgical teams to ensure positive patient outcomes. You will interact professionally with patients, families, and visitors, providing both physical and psychological support throughout the perioperative experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, General, and Vascular procedures
• Work with all patient populations
• Support effective patient care delivery across surgical disciplines
• Maintain professional nursing standards in a fast-paced OR environment

Requirements

• Current Arkansas nursing license
• 2+ years of OR experience required
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) certifications required
• MediTech experience required
• Skills checklist current within one year pertinent to Operating Room specialty
• Two supervisory reference forms from within the last two years

Schedule

Days shift, 4x10 hours per week. Plan for 3–4 on-call shifts per month, including one 24-hour weekend call shift monthly.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,419.20.
