CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• 3x12 shift schedule, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, Saturday through Monday
• 2 years of recent CT technology experience required within the last 7 years
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment prior to consideration
• Maryland license required in hand at time of submittal
• ARRT CT certification required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• Must have Siemens equipment experience
• No call or float required
• Perform CT imaging including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, lumbar, thoracic, and cervical studies with and/or without contrast
• Perform advanced imaging including vascular CTA, brain perfusion, carotid studies, and cardiac studies such as calcium scoring and coronary angiography
• Perform 3D rendering techniques including maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
• Perform multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and region of interest measurements (ROI)
• Prepare and administer contrast media
• Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and isolation precautions/PPE requirements
• Serve patients across all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Community hospital experience preferred
