Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour shifts per week with varied hours
• Weekly guaranteed hours of 36 per week
• Schedule varies based on department needs and can include weekends, holidays, and call shifts
• On-call requirements are required for this position
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period
• Produce diagnostic MRI scans and assist radiologists and referring physicians with MRI procedures
• Must have experience with either GE or Philips MRI scanners
• Must be proficient in the use of various MRI scanning equipment
• May be required to float to other areas of the organization up to competency level
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care for patients ranging in age from infant to geriatric
• Required to maintain accuracy, communicate effectively, and function efficiently under pressure
• 2 years of MRI experience required
• Required license: ARRT in MRI
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
