ICU Registered Nurse Job in Big Spring, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the ICU at Shannon Medical Center in Big Spring, Texas. This is a 91-day contract beginning July 13, 2026.

Position Details:

• Specialty: ICU — Intensive Care Unit
• Shift: 3x12 nights per week
• Weekly pay: $2,099.52
• Unit size: 5-bed general ICU
• Facility: Shannon Medical Center — Big Spring

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in-hand at start of assignment
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Must reside outside the 110-mile local radius

Preferred Qualifications:

• Travel nursing experience
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification

You will provide direct patient care in a general ICU setting, delivering evidence-based nursing in a fast-paced critical care environment. This assignment is ideal for RNs who are ready to expand their clinical experience while earning competitive weekly compensation.
