OR Circulator RN Job in Naples, FL

Physicians Regional Medical Center – Pine Ridge in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced RN Operating Room Circulator for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work day shift from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, scheduled as 4x10 shifts, with call responsibilities as needed. Start date is May 18, 2026.

About the Role

As an OR Circulator, you will support the surgical team by managing the operating room environment, coordinating supplies, and ensuring cases run smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure availability of all necessary supplies and equipment
• Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, ORTs, and surgical team members during procedures
• Maintain accurate records and update physician preference cards
• Communicate with patient families and provide pre- and post-operative support
• Float between campuses as needed based on patient volume
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care
• Apply critical thinking and scientific judgment in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

You must hold a current RN license and have a minimum of 2+ years of OR experience. Preferred surgical specialties include Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology. Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Cerner experience is required; CNOR certification is preferred. Shift times and specific days may vary based on patient volume and unit needs.
