CVOR RN Job in Wichita, KS

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting June 8, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• Day shifts: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (4x10)
• No night shifts; night coverage is on-call only
• On-call duties: 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month
• Weekly pay: $2,451

The Role

You'll provide direct patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio in a unit featuring two heart rooms with a potential third. The facility uses Meditech/CPN for electronic medical records. You'll support a range of open heart and cardiovascular procedures, including CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR. The unit is restarting its ECMO program, offering additional clinical experience.

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas RN licensure
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care CVOR RN hospital experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• PALS certification
• Open heart and cardiovascular surgery experience
• Prior Meditech experience
