Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings<br>• Flexible scheduling options: 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10-hour days from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one-hour lunch<br>• New graduate candidates welcome<br>• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Nebraska or Compact State<br>• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association required<br>• Complete skills checklist within one year of submission<br>• Provide two professional references from past three years<br>• Complete competency exam within one year of start date with 80% passing score<br>• Complete Joint Commission Modules I, II, III within one year with HIPAA training<br>• Maintain current professional license verification<br>• Complete annual physical examination<br>• Timekeeping entry required in Triage Plus no later than noon CST every Monday</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is dedicated to redefining rural healthcare by delivering innovative healthcare solutions to local communities.
