Opportunity:
PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Minimum 2 years of Home Health Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant experience required
• Previous home health experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system required
• Specialty focus in home health patient care
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), valid Driver's License, and VA or Compact License
• Dress code: Black scrubs required per dress code policy
