Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (some procedures may run until 4:30 PM EST)
• No on-call or weekend responsibilities
• Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies including SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT with precision and clinical expertise
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and maintaining safety
• Acquire and process diagnostic images and perform daily quality control
• Maintain radiopharmacy operations within NYSDOH guidelines
• Manage and document patient data in the eRecord CUPID system
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Partner with Director of Nuclear Cardiology to implement new technologies and enhance lab protocols
• 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience required
• 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience required
• NYS Rad Tech License required
• NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine from accredited program preferred
