ICU RN Job in Fairfax, VA

You will work as an RN in a 12-bed Medical-Surgical ICU at Fair Oaks Hospital. This is a 3x12 night shift position, working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Your assignment runs for 89 days, beginning June 22, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• Work three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Weekend commitment of 4–6 shifts within each 6-week period
• No on-call or holiday requirements
• Potential to float to other units as needed

Patient Care & Support

• Patient ratios of 2:1 in the ICU and 3:1 in IMC
• Support from charge nurse, resource RN, and clinical technician
• EPIC EMR system

Qualifications

• 2 years of ICU experience required
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• ACLS certification
• EPIC access required

What to Wear

• Navy blue scrub pants
• Solid navy blue or solid white tops
• Navy blue or white jackets
