<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Pharmacist - Pharmacist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Review all medication orders received from physicians and physician extenders<br>• Dispense medications after ensuring drug, dose, frequency, and route of administration are appropriate<br>• Review patient allergies, past medical history, drug interactions, and lab information for potential clinical conflicts<br>• Provide drug information support for other healthcare team members<br>• Oversee the work of all pharmacy students and technicians in medication preparation<br>• Ensure accuracy and safety in the medication use process<br>• Collaborate with healthcare team on planning for continuum of care and discharge planning<br>• Manage inventory control responsibilities<br>• 3 years hospital experience or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in clinical setting preferred<br>• PA Pharmacist License required<br>• Basic Life Support preferred<br>• Bachelor&#39;s Degree from College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education required<br>• Doctorate Degree PharmD required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services and maintains a collaborative healthcare team environment focused on patient safety and quality care.
