<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - ED ER</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work every other weekend and every other holiday as required<br>• Minimum of 2 years ED nursing experience required<br>• Unable to accommodate blocked schedules<br>• Must be comfortable and have experience caring for pediatric patients<br>• Work in high volume emergency department environment<br>• Provide care in trauma/resuscitation rooms for high acuity patients<br>• Handle behavioral health patient situations<br>• Work with fast track patients for efficient care delivery<br>• Manage emergency department operations in busy clinical setting</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This medical center operates a high volume, 38-bed emergency department with additional specialized areas including 5 fast track rooms, an internal waiting room, 4 behavioral health swing rooms, and 2 trauma/resuscitation rooms. While not designated as a trauma facility, the emergency department handles high acuity cases and maintains affiliation with a major children&#39;s hospital to provide pediatric emergency services.
