Certified Surgical Technologist Job in Sturgeon Bay, WI

Door County Medical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. You will work 5x8 day shifts at $2,102.40 per week, starting August 10, 2026.

About the Role

You will provide surgical support across multiple specialties and procedures, assisting surgical teams in the operating room. Your responsibilities include preparing instruments, equipment, and the surgical field; passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon and surgical team; and maintaining a sterile environment throughout procedures.

Case Types

You will work with a variety of surgical cases including:

• General surgery
• Robotics
• Obstetrics (OB)
• Orthopedic surgery
• Podiatry
• Ophthalmic (Eyes)
• Rare neuro spine procedures (excluding cranial)
• Occasional healthy pediatric cases

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent surgical technology experience
• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
