ED RN Job in Wenatchee, WA

You'll work as an RN in the Emergency Department at Confluence Health Hospital-Central Campus in Wenatchee, WA. This is a 92-day travel assignment starting May 3, 2026, with 12-hour shifts on a variable schedule including mid and night shifts. You'll work three twelve-hour shifts per week totaling 36 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department setting
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on patient assessment and condition
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments as ordered
• Perform holistic ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
• Provide patient and family education with written informational materials
• Delegate and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment according to hospital and unit policies
• Float as a sitter and may float in rotation to other areas as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Washington State or Washington Compact RN licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
• Ability to work variable scheduling including mid and night shifts
• Knowledge of Washington Nurse Practice Act and unit-specific standards

Weekly pay is $2,436.48. You must adhere to all facility policies and unit standards throughout your assignment.
