PCU RN Job in Globe, Arizona

Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Progressive Care (PCU), with flexibility to float to step-down units as needed.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with step-down float responsibility
• Schedule: 3 days per week, 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start date: June 8, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,496.60

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver medical-surgical nursing care for adult patients in the PCU
• Float to step-down units as clinically needed to support patient care operations
• Respond to call requirements per contract terms

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• Flu vaccine (required; no exceptions)
• Permanent address requirement: must live more than 100 miles from facility

Important Contract Terms:

• Maximum of 3 requested time-off days permitted during the 13-week assignment
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract; guaranteed hours do not apply to cancelled shifts
