Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in a 4x12 schedule
• 48 weekly guaranteed hours
• Weekend hours as needed with expectation of every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Float requirements as needed/customary upon request
• Patient ratios typically 4-6:1
• Care for 50% medical/50% telemetry adult patients only
• 2+ years of telemetry experience required
• Required certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS
• Work with standard nursing equipment on telemetry unit
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Contract duration of 13-26 weeks available
• Black scrubs required
• Perform direct patient care activities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments
• Up to 5 days requested time off can be automatically approved in each 13-week period
• Expected to work at least one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day)
