X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• 5x8 shift schedule
• Weekend coverage includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Daily caseload of 30-75 patients per day working alongside another technologist
• Work in an outpatient center serving walk-in patients, including fluoroscopy procedures such as modified barium swallows and urodynamics
• Patient age groups include neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT (R) and BLS
• Special equipment includes Konica U-arm, Phillips, EOS, OEC, Dornier, and Zheim
• Potential for post-mortem X-rays
• Charting system: Cerner
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Parking is free
• 40 orientation hours
• Floating is required and may include floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
