Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in Telemetry at Cone Health – The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, providing specialized inpatient rehabilitation care to adult and geriatric patients. Your 91-day assignment begins May 11, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every third weekend and holidays as needed
• $2,021.76 weekly

Patient Care and Environment

• Patient ratio of 1:6 (one unit rotates at 1:7 with equal acuity)
• Daily census of 39 patients across 49 beds
• Care for patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, neurological diagnoses, and generalized debility
• Focus on post-stroke, aneurysm, post-op surgical, brain injury, and spinal cord injury recovery

Your Responsibilities

• Interpret laboratory results and perform medication reconciliation
• Monitor vital signs, perform dressing changes, and conduct phlebotomy
• Provide telephone triage support
• Float between all Cone Health campuses as needed
• Work with interdisciplinary teams including IV, respiratory, pharmacy, and rapid response

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; no first-time travelers
• Travel experience required
• BLS certification
• EPIC charting system experience
• Pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)
• Acute care rehab experience preferred
• Flexibility with scheduling and zero tolerance for tardiness and unexcused absences

You'll receive 24 hours of orientation to help you transition into the role.
