ICU RN Job in Mason City, IA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning July 13, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Three shifts per week
• Every third weekend required
• Every other holiday required

Compensation

You will earn $2,342.34 per week.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care in a critical care environment, monitoring and managing patients with complex acute illnesses and injuries. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, managing ventilators and monitoring devices, performing assessments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive ICU care. You will respond to patient changes, document clinical information, and communicate updates to physicians and nursing staff.
