ED - Emergency Room

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients during each shift
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria
• Make clinical judgments based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills
• Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff including LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries
• Must be willing to float to all units within skill level
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience required
• Active Ohio or Compact RN License required with Nursys verification
• Required certifications: TNCC, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
• Skills checklist current within 1 year pertinent to Emergency Room specialty required
