Job Details:

• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a rehabilitation and care center setting
• Work with patients recovering from various medical conditions and injuries
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Must hold current Physical Therapist license and meet state requirements
