SLP Job in Kansas City, Missouri

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling and no on-call requirements.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 91 days starting June 15, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,044
• Shift: 5x8 days (days)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends available

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform bedside swallow evaluations with video assessment capabilities
• Cover both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation caseloads
• Work with level 1 trauma and comprehensive stroke patients
• Serve a diverse patient population in a 26-bed rehabilitation unit
• Operate TIMS equipment for patient care
• Document in the Meditech electronic health record system
• Float between acute care and rehabilitation units as needed

Requirements:

• Current Missouri state SLP license
• Therapy degree
• Gray scrubs required for dress code
