RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Provide nursing care for patients and their families in a circulator operating room role
• Collaborate with providers, staff, and other team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Oversee daily patient flow to optimize patient care, safety, and satisfaction
• Demonstrate ability to triage incoming patient requests for services
• Deliver patient education to facilitate plan of care and promote optimal wellness
• Delegate care appropriately and according to Colorado statute
• Demonstrate competent healthcare assessment skills, prioritizing skills, and critical thinking skills
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures while adhering to patient safety guidelines
• Coordinate patient care with other physician practices and external organizations as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Deliver excellent service by utilizing Relationship-Based Care to advocate for patient safety, preferences, and communication
• Must be HIPAA compliant
• Colorado RN license or valid compact state license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
