MRI Technologist Job in Durango, CO

Mercy Hospital in Durango, CO is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week, with on-call responsibilities for one night per week and every third to fourth weekend.

About the Role

• Perform general MRI studies including head, neck, abdomen, and extremity imaging on a GE scanner
• Process an average of 14 scans per day in a single-room MRI department
• Establish peripheral IV lines as required for contrast studies
• Use EPIC for charting and PACS for image management
• Work in an acute care setting with in-house radiologist availability during business hours

Schedule & Environment

• 12-hour day shifts with call one night weekly and every 3–4 weekends
• Weekend and holiday commitments required
• No floating to other departments or coverage of additional areas
• Department-specific orientation provided

Requirements

• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Current ARRT (MR) certification
• Professional scrub colors required
• Must provide your own radiation badge
