MRI Technologist Job in Lincoln, NE

CHI Health St Elizabeth is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment in Lincoln, NE. You will work Monday through Friday rotating 8-hour shifts with shared on-call responsibilities, including every third weekend on call.

About the Role

You will perform varied imaging studies and procedures using GE 3T and GE 1.5T MRI scanners. The department operates 2 MRI rooms with potential for float coverage to CT, X-ray, OR, Endoscopy, and the Emergency Department. You will receive 1–2 shifts of department-specific orientation to help you get up to speed quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate MRI imaging equipment and perform diagnostic procedures
• Chart findings using the EPIC system and McKesson PACS
• Collaborate with clinical and technical staff in a dynamic environment
• Maintain radiation safety protocols and wear provided radiation badge
• Share on-call responsibilities as part of the rotation schedule

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional degree
• ARRT (MR) certification and MR credential required
• BLS Certification required
• Valid driver's license at time of submittal
• X-ray or CT experience preferred in addition to MRI certification
