Job Details:

• Work in a Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit with a primary focus on critically ill neurological patients requiring a high degree of specialized nursing and medical care
• Day/Evening/Night rotation schedule with holidays, on-call, callback, and charge shifts per unit needs
• Care for patients with diagnoses including traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurologic pathologies
• Work in a brand new state-of-the-art 12-bed ICU
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience with ICU acute care required
• Telemetry experience required
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Must maintain current knowledge of critical care practices
• New York RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), ACLS (American Heart Association only), NIHSS
