<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM<br>• Minimum 1 year of experience required<br>• Associate degree in radiation therapy required<br>• Required certifications: ARRT T, BLS<br>• Epic EMR experience preferred<br>• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)<br>• Must be able to float to other units and campuses as needed based on census concerns<br>• Provide radiation therapy services for patients of all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics<br>• Perform external beam therapy, IMRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, CT simulation, and tumor localization<br>• Work with advanced equipment including TrueBeam, Eclipse (Varian), and ARIA systems<br>• Handle emergency cases and provide patient/family teaching<br>• Maintain radiation safety protocols and use respiratory gating techniques<br>• Complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of contract signing<br>• Orientation provided every Monday<br>• Must submit social security number with application</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This comprehensive healthcare system operates a progressive radiation oncology department equipped with state-of-the-art technology and treatment capabilities.
