Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work variable 4x10 hour shifts with options including 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM and 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Provide 7-day call coverage per rotation
• Call requirement: one day per month, sometimes two
• Radiology nursing experience required (interventional radiology/procedural preferred)
• If no radiology nursing experience, ICU or ER experience required
• Must have critical care experience (ICU/ER background)
• Experience needed with Cat Scans, interventional medicine, moderate sedation, PICC lines, and anesthesia care
• Work setting similar to Cath Lab environment with Body Angel equipment
• Handle scheduled outpatients and emergent patients as needed
• Must be flexible as workload can vary significantly
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Chart using EPIC system
• BSN not required
• Manager offers flexible scheduling options
• Acute care setting
