PACU Registered Nurse Job in Bentonville, AR

Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This is a 13-week travel contract position starting September 28, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care
• Shift: Day shift, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Schedule: 4x10 (four 10-hour shifts per week)
• On-call requirement: approximately 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
• Weekly pay: $1,985.60
• Contract duration: 13 weeks (91 days)

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 1 year of PACU experience required
• ACLS certification (required)
• PALS certification (required)
• All certifications must be attached at time of submission or submission will be rejected
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility

As a travel RN in PACU, you will provide post-operative nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia, monitor vital signs, manage pain and nausea, and prepare patients for discharge or transfer to inpatient units. You will work alongside the surgical team in a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
