MRI Technologist Job in Asheville, NC

You will work as an MRI Technologist at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. This is a 182-day travel position offering you the opportunity to expand your clinical experience in a dynamic imaging environment.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3x12 day shifts: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,312.64
• Start date: May 28, 2026

Your Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures including contrast and non-contrast studies
• Operate GE imaging equipment
• Document patient information and imaging results in the Cerner EMR system
• Provide safe, high-quality patient care during scanning procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid MRI certification required
• Allied Health Professional credential
• Breast MRI experience preferred
• Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule

Work Environment

You will join a 9-person imaging staff unit at Mission Hospital. The facility operates with a professional dress code requiring black scrubs. You will have access to modern GE MRI equipment and collaborate with experienced technologists and clinicians to deliver quality diagnostic imaging services.
