Telemetry RN Job in Lebanon, Indiana

Witham Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit in Lebanon, IN. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026, offering consistent day shift work and the opportunity to build your travel nursing experience.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3x12 day shifts, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• $1,814.40 weekly pay
• Minimum 3 weekends required in any 6-week period

Role Expectations

• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Primary nursing responsibilities including vitals and phlebotomy
• Telemetry monitoring and assessment
• Charting in Meditech system
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response
• Possible unit floating based on hospital needs
• Possible on-call placement
• Must be comfortable with pediatric population

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (first-time travelers welcome)
• Telemetry experience required; Med/Surg experience preferred
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• PALS certification must be completed before your start date

What We Provide

• 12 hours of orientation
• Maximum 7 days of RTO (Ready Time Off) allowed
• Professional appearance required; any color scrubs acceptable
• If you call in for a shift, you must pick up another shift to make up the absence
