Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Washington Court House, OH

Adena Fayette Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services in Washington Court House, Ohio. You'll work a 3x12 rotating schedule with 36-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with evening hours. Clinic operates 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with no weekends, holidays, or call requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Provide 1-on-1 physical therapy services in an outpatient setting with occasional inpatient float
• Treat a diverse patient population across ages 10-100, including orthopedic and neurological cases
• Evaluate and treat patients based on clinical presentation and individual needs
• Utilize the Epic documentation system for patient records
• Supervise and develop physical therapy assistants involved in patient care
• Deliver care in a rural health setting with flexible scheduling options including 4x10s or variable 8-hour shifts

You must demonstrate strong clinical skills, customer service abilities, and documentation proficiency. Effective time management, teamwork, and adherence to high moral and professional standards are essential. You'll need to reside outside a 60-mile radius from the facility.

Position Details: 91-day assignment starting April 27, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,260.08.
