Oncology Infusion RN Job in Moses Lake, WA

Confluence Health-Moses Lake Campus is seeking an RN for our Oncology Chemotherapy Infusion unit. You will provide direct patient care in a specialized chemotherapy and immunotherapy setting, working with patients throughout their infusion treatment journeys.

Schedule & Compensation

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (7:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
• 40-hour work weeks guaranteed
• $2,822 weekly pay
• 92-day contract, start date November 16, 2026

Core Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy medications using the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice
• Develop, implement, and continually reassess individualized patient plans of care
• Complete nursing procedures and treatments; coordinate high-quality patient care
• Evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness and identify educational needs
• Perform holistic assessments of patient status, addressing physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs
• Educate patients, families, and significant others on relevant health information
• Accurately document assessments, plans of care, interventions, and patient responses
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Communicate and collaborate with all members of the healthcare team
• Float as a sitter and in rotation as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment according to unit policies
• Actively maintain current knowledge of workflows, processes, and evidence-based procedures

Requirements

• RN licensure: Washington State or Compact
• Active BLS certification
• OCN Chemo/Immunotherapy certification required
