Job Details:

• Work 4 x 10-hour night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekends included in schedule rotation
• On-call required
• Assist in preparing for and during surgery by performing routine and delegated duties according to department and hospital standards to assure quality patient care
• Work with a diverse patient population including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform and assist with a wide range of surgical specialties including cardiac, ophthalmology, robotic, orthopedic spine, neurosurgery, gynecology, general surgery, pediatrics, ENT, oral, transplants, and vascular procedures
• Operate and assist with specialized equipment including Da Vinci robot, Ion robot, Globus robot, Brainlab, cataract machine, and vitrectomy machine
• Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Experience with vascular, transplant, ophthalmology, spine, robotic, and cardiac procedures is ideal
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I and Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Required certifications: CST licensure (NBSTSA), BLS (AHA)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
