<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - ER</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Provide professional nursing care for patient comfort and well-being<br>• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in all phases of nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation<br>• Direct and supervise nursing patient care team including Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other technicians<br>• Collaborate with own team and other disciplines in provision of care<br>• Complete timely documentation of patient care, patient condition, reactions and response to treatment<br>• Track patient progress throughout care<br>• Work every other weekend and be available for holiday coverage<br>• 2+ years of emergency department experience required<br>• Cerner experience required<br>• Charge experience required<br>• TNCC certification preferred<br>• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)<br>• Michigan nursing license required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is a 78-bed state-of-the-art hospital that features an 11-bed emergency department utilizing Cerner EMR system.
