<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 10-hour day shifts with every other weekend (EOW) requirement<br>• Call requirement includes 1x per week rotation for inpatient and emergent cases<br>• Weekend call requirement 1 weekend per month from Friday evening through Monday morning<br>• Work in a 5-suite cardiac catheterization lab performing 10-22 cases per day<br>• Cases performed with 2 technologists (1 scrubs and 1 monitors hemodynamics)<br>• Must have current cath lab experience and be comfortable with conscious and moderate sedation<br>• Experience required with procedural processes, airway management, and cardiac drips (Integrilin, dopamine, vasopressors)<br>• Must be comfortable working with balloon pumps<br>• Handle STEMI cases as receiving facility<br>• Perform cardiac/coronary, vascular, peripheral, general IR, and neuro intervention procedures<br>• Use Cerner charting system<br>• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, Fluoroscopy<br>• Will NOT accept RCIS or CCT certifications<br>• No first-time travelers accepted<br>• Agency provides radiation badge<br>• Hospital cancellation policy allows up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive cardiovascular program with a state-of-the-art 5-suite cardiac catheterization laboratory.
