Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• Every other weekend commitment: nights Friday/Saturday/Sunday, days Saturday/Sunday
• Call responsibilities from 7:00 PM Friday to 7:00 PM Sunday night
• Must have experience with NICU, pediatrics, and adult patients
• Required to work with neonates, pediatrics, and adults
• Must be capable of independent intubation for pediatric and adult patients
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS (AHA), RRT (will accept CRT if license held prior to July 1st, 2022)
• Gray scrub color required
• Work with various ventilator brands including Servo U, Hamilton G5, Transport Vent Hamilton T1, BiPAP non-invasive ventilation Phillips Respironics V60
• Perform patient assessments, treatment planning, equipment setup, oxygen therapy, airway management, mechanical ventilation, chest physiotherapy, and arterial blood gas draws
• Handle EKGs during off-hours from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and weekends (not in ER)
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• May float between units with NICU experience preferred
• Receive approximately three 12-hour orientation shifts
