Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work on high acuity surgery trauma floor
• Must be willing to work assigned shifts with no block schedules
• Patient population includes spinal neuro trauma surgical cases, gunshot wounds, quadriplegic and paraplegic patients
• Patient ratio of 5:1 with nursing support from techs
• Support services include phlebotomists and unit secretary during night shifts
• ED nurse and admitting unit complete nurse handoff process
• Minimum 2 years experience in specialty required
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
• EPIC electronic health record system required
• No RTO (Request Time Off) policy
